On September 27, 2014 the opening ceremony of the manufacturing and engineering center of OOO Gusar and a meeting on relevant issues of import substitution in the petrochemical industry were held. The event was attended by the governor of Vladimir Region Svetlana Orlova, Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, representatives of federal ministries and departments, heads of major manufacturing companies of the industry, Russian banks and insurance companies.

Representatives of the Institute participated in the celebrations dedicated to the event. We congratulate our colleagues with the opening and wish them success in their work!
